Well, the stock was there just a couple of weeks ago, and it had already taken a pounding in getting to that level.
The market has overcompensated for the subsequent news. It may turn out to be right, but that's on the assumption of the worst case. Experience tells me it's usually not as bad as the worst case.
But yes, there are much less risky options in the market, even in the legal sector.
