Spot on seals. Registry is tight as a fishes ass, can't buy any worth the brokerage without running the price up, and nobody feels like letting any precious go even with an obvious CR on the way. Once these brokers are set in the CR (and gee, aren't they all sucking up hard for a piece of the action) then it will run and liquidity will return.
