There are way too many newbies on NEU thread at the moment who just wanna take a punt and do not understand the business unfortunately.
For a start, Morgans do not have coverage on NEU. The highest price target is by Petra Capital at a bit over $31.
BTW, the top 20 shareholder list is interesting. If I add up the holdings by my partner and myself, we would be among the top 20.
