@JustSayin .. a PE ratio is not how to value TCL. There is plenty of literature on PEs not the measure for utilities. Try Book or EBITDA.
Also whats the right PE under a fiat monetary system? If we use PE we need to push way ahead of 32 as a market to come close to corrections like the 30's or 01 Tech Bubble.
