You have to choose your style. Some people are smart at trading and moving around.
Others like Warren Buffet, find an excellent business with massive barriers to entry. And then hold forever.
Others hold a few stocks, many others have many and go overweight on a few.
I have a 5 to 10 year horizon
Patience is entirely at your discretion. Choosing a poor stock and losing money due to poor execution, management or B.S. exaggerated communications is at someone else's discretion.
I prefer to invest and sleep at night, because I understand the business well.
Too much fog and B.S. from the management of some of our neighbours for me.
