I do nothing right now. I was doing broking (loans) and flying. But I didn't like the ethics of the group I worked for.
It felt like I was preying on the weak. I.e. They won't get a loan unless they get income protection.
Sounds dodgy right?
So I walked.
I've got a tip for you. Scour through seek. People only look for jobs with their skill set or what they've done before.
Here's one for you. This conversation happened. "So I see you work at Q rail. What's your position there?"
It was customer service or something. Out of pure interest I asked if that was a call centre etc.
'No I work on the platform advising commuters when the next train is due, directing them etc'.
I nearly fell off my chair. There's 2 of them on every platform in Melbourne.
His annual income was $140k.
