Given that there have been no new buyers coming to the table for 2 weeks now, the only thing that could possibly cause that would be an announcement of the successful completion of the capital raising.
The price 3-4 weeks from now will either be much higher if the cap raising is successful, or much lower if the cap raising is unsuccessful. An less-than-fully-successful capital raising will be a temporary hiccup but will create more fantastic buying opportunities for the faithful.
