You are saying is all speculative. It does not change the situation on the ground. Cobalt occurs in mafic/ulramafic host rock in association with either copper or nickel.
So, if the host copper mineral is too low in grades how come there will be high-grade cobalt will be there.
In my view, stop speculating and realise reality on the ground. speculation gradually catch up with reality over time.
