9:52am - US30 - What a pump! +450pts.. I wasn't paying attention, but can only assume Trump tweet about China deal, interest rate cut, or a crazy non-farm payroll announcement..

Trading tip - Some portion of your portfolio should be mid and/or long term positions. How much? That's up to you.
The old saying goes: "The longer you hold, the more likely you'll make profit" tends to be quite true, just don't take this to mean that you shouldn't use stop losses on all of your trades.
