offer will be 20c imo, should not take anything under, opportunity way too big. when the bidders statement is out, SP will rocket to 20 imo, or higher.
the way these are done, usually there is a low ball offer, management reject it, in the interest of shareholders, there is the war after that. SP then magically rises.
even 20c, I am not sure. only back of envelope stuff, might be way higher.
