CAI reminds me of MOY last year, MOY went from 5c to 42c, stayed at 5c for so long then BANG !!!!, same will happen here, incidentally enough our land is between MOY and ARV.......time will tell, but it is spring today after all, maybe the market will wake up from its winter sleep.
