9:52am - Trading the US markets and OIL all yesterday and this morning has been what I imagine taking cocaine would be like. A. God. Damn. Thrill. Winning big, losing big; and everything in between. Times like these that make the ASX look like a retirement village. I know this is the ASX Day Trading thread, but it's hard to not talk about history-making market moves.
Trading Tip - The easiest barrier-free method of profiting down moves is to buy PUT options. You can do this for most ASX 50 listed companies, and the XJO (ASX200) index itself! In Commsec this ability is located in "DERIVATIVES" when you view a stock.
