I complained about Viewpoint from day one to Commsec One, and have said a few more times over the months that it's terrible. I'm sure I wasn't the only one complaining and yet Commsec did not attempt to even come up with a solution for its customers. Here we are 6 months later and Iress is getting shut down and Commsec are left with a crappy product leaving what seems like the majority of their customers unhappy when they had all these months to prepare or find another product. They are useless.
