1PG you would think Merchant are gunning for a 20 percent stake in the company to over throw the current board.

So they need at least another 16/17 million shares before they call the meeting.

They took a big slice at 25 cents, unless they want to take forever about it, they will have to start paying up soon. They obviously see 25 cents as value, could get interesting short term.
