I'm not sure I would touch PDN at the moment because of its debt problems. The same for BAL. UEQ and DYL have increases in sp for the Uranium situation. Apparently I saw someone post an article about the Kazakh's reducing their Uranium mining which is probably the reason for the jump in Uranium stocks.
