    Brokers don't control their clients stock and all advice is, by law, considered in the face of an individuals needs- they cant issue an exit only at "target" for everyone - thats naive.

    They also don't accumulate themselves after Research is released- they buy it for clients prior, when the risk-reward disparity is discovered - AKA- when it's cheap. Don't expect an edge with free research, assume the risk.

    Price targets aren't arbitrary either- they're standardized modeling techniques.
