MAD82 – The Eastern Line:
A new Eastern Line was added to the current programme to test the eastern extension of the MAD71
mineralisation based on the DHEM and geological modelling. MAD82 was the first drill hole completed on
this line and was completed to a downhole depth of 61.3m. The drill hole intersected 26.5m of ultramafic
with patches of disseminated sulphides between 28.7-38.5m. MAD82 has identified an extension of the thick
ultramafic to the east.
A further two drill holes are planned to be completed on this Eastern Line prior to the Christmas break.
Based on the intersection angle of the drilling with the modelled ultramafic unit, downhole widths are
interpreted to be close to true widths.
