PILBARA MINERALS ON TARGET FOR FIRST SPODUMENE CONCENTRATE PRODUCTION First load commissioning commences at the Pilgangoora crusher and DSO ore production advances Australian lithium developer, Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS) (“Pilbara” or “the Company”), is pleased to advise that ore load commissioning has begun through the crushing facilities at its 100%-owned Pilgangoora LithiumTantalum Project in WA. The Pilgangoora crusher facilities have been provided under a build own operate contract by Crushing Services International (a division of Mineral Resources Limited) and their safe and reliable work during construction of the crusher facilities has been welcomed by the Pilbara Minerals team. Their experience in crushing and processing spodumene and strong culture of delivery is a great value add for Pilbara as it continues to de-risk and deliver the overall concentrator program. In parallel with the commencement of load commissioning of the crusher, construction of the overall processing plant for Pilgangoora is progressing towards completion with subsets of the plant’s circuits being completed daily, in preparation for the commencement of commissioning of the main Pilgangoora concentrator in the coming weeks. The Company remains on track to deliver the first concentrate from the processing plant by the end of June 2018.
