BOE - very possible that BOE might do something similar to SMM which went from 20 cents to $1.60 in 5 trading days. The only difference is that BOE have approvals to open a uranium mine wheres SMM have none. Also, look for AEE to move later today, its consolidated around mid 4's and ready to start the next up leg.
