I have bought parcels at 2.18 and 1.95 this morning.
The SP could go either way as there no longer seem to be big sellers or big buyers on market. U308 is up another 5% this week and UBS, GSJBW and ML all see an average price of about $130 for 2007 and up to 40% higher in 2008.
Ux Consulting the price makers see U308 prices still increasing substantially given the 35% shortage in supply. This shortage is expected to worsen as new nuclear plants come online and little to no increased supply.
The big question is how far are AGS from producing? Being in SA is a positive as the SA Government are comfortable with new U mines.
There are probably other U stocks to consider but I'm happy to play all of them including AGS.
