Every year I tell myself I'll get a beach-bod. Looks like I'll be role-playing as a beached whale this Summer, again.

Trading Tip: Looking for mid-term holds while you day trade? Consider implementing 'core' technical analysis to every trade. This is a rule, or set of rules, that you must absolutely apply to every trade.
One of my own personal core rules is to ensure the mid-cap stock I'm mid-term trading has the 150SMA over the 200SMA.
It's simple, but in my books it's an absolute necessity to ensuring increased profitability.
