    Panic regarding the RI caused the massive sell down, is my thought.

    Most people had probably bought IVX,

    not knowing that the RI was arranged back in August 2017.

    The anns of the 12th Feb. scared them all off.

    At this rate, will go to 2.5/2.6 today?
