We are DAY traders not gap traders
You can look at any time frame and find a gap on any stock
Go have a look at the 1 minute chart, gaps every where
As a gap theorist myself i believe the most import gaps when day trading is the daily chart, sometimes i might look at the hourly but thats as far as ill go, no point trying to hunt for gaps for the sake of it.
