seems none of these trading platform operators actually care or listen to their users. ANZ etrade sold their platform and bought into CMC, became ANZ shareinvesting who changed it all overnight and left everyone up sh1t creek with the only recourse being a chat on the phone with some teenager based god knows where. After all this rubbish, they keep the expensive trades and then charge a weekly fee just for good measure. The system is overly complex, too much going on , and regularly just cuts out.
If you have longer term plays/holds/shells/acquisition plays etc, its hard to leave the platform and who has the time to learn a new one.
Who says bankers are disconnected from the majority of people??
