OT That concept applies back a loooong way. They invented it. Then for a while telling us we benefited from best pricing. Those days they'd let a few through as a pr exercise if you had a sell on for a while and then dropped to offer or market they'd fill it from within(I guess) their own clients. Got a few that way but after a while less so. Now ungenerous. Assume it's one way of their ways of cutting out the cost of fines past to future expected.
