I watched "Becoming Warren Buffet" on U tube on the weekend after it was mentioned on the STT thread. Its very interesting viewing, about a young man who just loved numbers and trading type activity and he became the 3rd richest man in the world doing what he loved doing. Then , towards the end of his career, he gave over 100 billion away to the Gates philanthropic organisation to help people around the world. It wasn't about making the money at all, it was about giving it away. Buffet still lives in the first house he ever bought in the fifties.
