    great deal with NCM to spend up to 60m

    also taking shares at 1.7c -so cash is there for other projects and NCM sits there as a major shareholder.

    Desperately trying to keep a lid on the sp, No reason this won't run to 1.7c and beyond in quick time.

    Exploration to begin in March
