They already have $3.3M in cash, they don’t need money. This IMO is to get the insto set who has been blatantly manipluting it, and as they give the biggest hint of all:-

They are rumoured to be on the cusp of a deal with a major O&G player for leak detection. This is a $1-2 stock if confirmed. If it opens anywhere near the raise price, I’ll be amazed
