TMT - strong move today and at new 12 month highs. The key to TMT is the small amount of tradeable shares at 22.6 m. In fact a parcel of 200,000 shares gets you into the top 20 holders. TMT has a very good vanadium portfolio and in comparison to recent runners AVL and KRC is extremely cheap. Would not be surprised to see this near a dollar just based on the small market cap of the company.
