AGM notes about a cash raising are pretty much apart of all companies AGM agenda's dont really see the concern here, other than trade the trade on the day.


Plenty of time for trading action before this AGM takes place and it gets approved.

As it stands the company only has 24 million units that can be allocated in terms of a placement, which may or may not get allocated before the AGM. These will be sucked up in 5 minutes if someone managed to sneak in a private placement for the remaining allocation.
