Buyers are now paying 1.3cps which is the technical breakout point
If ACL enter the terpene market and do deal with the company trying to list on HKEX or TSX it will go to 5cps
Why would buyers be paying 1.3cps today if it was o.8cps last week if they didn't know a deal was coming?
This is what you would call inside buying in my opinion. ACL will be higher than 1.5cps next week if buying continues.
