IHL. Had another careful read of the anncmnt after reading the Small Cap story. It's a bit vague but appears that the 'licence' does go to IHL, altho I'm sure they don't mean an official licence, just a licence to become a customer of Reso-Chem. Cos they are granting them all the IP etc for apparently no charge and you would think Reso-Chem will make the stuff, altho that's not clear.

So IHL is very hands off in all this. They are getting advised by Pharmout and Reso-Chem has all the gear. We get no idea of what their cut is at the end of all this. And how much $$$s are they putting in?

I'm not really after IHL. My interest other than a trade is that I am in the loop with someone is the exact same position as IHL but listing on TSX. Seems to me they can only do similar thing to IHL. I was wondering what the options were??
