This is most likely the start of the buying from the brokers that have been presented to recently, they may not want to trigger a speeding ticket, but that's normally when the sp goes up 20% + in a day on increased volume. Saying that the ASX shouldn't be issuing anything !!! until the sp hits 5.8c, which was the recent high hit after Chinese partner deal annc was made.
