Good to remember that funds / instos are basically all out of specs at the moment. They let them get sold down to rock bottom levels. They need to get set once they are ready - the most heavily capped stocks will be the ones to move with most conviction, once they are allowed.

Blatant manipulation by algorithms? Nah, no such thing... there's no evidence of that!
