NOR - just a heads up to everyone. Almost no move for over a moth, and today 9 mil sell at 0.5c disappeared/taken up, 8+ mil built up on the buy side in a matter of minutes, and sell side thinned. Recently raised at 0.5c entitlement issue, to be taken up mid November, will be quoted from 3 December. Maybe not a day trade today, but should move a bit soon to encourage that entitlement to be taken up. Worth to be on the watch list IMHO.
