Surfaced under sufferance this morning and talk of hangover cures was just the ticket, I,m in northeast Victoria currently on a farm (long story) and thought I,d have a taste of a red from the cellar. Out came a 2010 Shiraz from Taminck Cellers (local winery). It was just beautiful. Haven't had a Shiraz for twenty years, and now, won't have another for at least twenty years. I don't drink red normally, but my hangover is completely off the scale. I am totally disfunctional.
Anyway, I digress, good fortune Friday is here to enjoy.
