But do we even know what the price is yet? Surely somebody has thought this market through before entering it... It would have to be priced cheap enough to stop people going to black market (the whole point of legalisation isn't it?)
How many agreements are established with Mexico?
Or are we assuming the black market is still firing all cylinders on this?
I'm open to a discussion of all points for and against, but I don't see how these results aren't good news...
