If you can secure a parcel near 1c, it will be a gift in coming weeks

XPE - that's one of the scariest sell side I've ever seen
CHK - someone dropped 2m parcel at 1.7c, could have been a better day here
Lots of activity near the resistance atm, usually indicating it's trying to break out soon
That being said, 1.9c is the key.
