Still the time for high conviction type trades for me, I just hate getting stuck in runners that reverse upon my entry so I keep this behaviour to a minimum at times when the market is a little apprehensive. I love entering oversold situations in markets like these, because so many investors dump things in uncertainty and this becomes the traders main staple. The news out of the US is good, unemployment is down and house construction is up so markets will remain in an uptrend IMO, which makes this a breather opportunity for value investors and traders. Patience still required, but our lot trading the glamorous spec end is till looking damn good IMO.
The learning curve can be huge if you're up for it, don't forget the aftermarket DTs lounge for a run down on how traders have been going and what they are watching. Some good traders there. Imo
