Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden”) is pleased to announce that on 19 January 2017
EdenCreteTM, Eden’s carbon nanotube enriched, liquid concrete admixture, was
officially added to the Qualified Products List (“QPL”) of the Georgia Department
of Transportation (“GDOT”), for use in GDOT’s 24 hour accelerated strength
concrete (Section 504) and Class B concrete (Section 500) applications.
This follows the decision of the GDOT New Products Evaluation Committee that
EdenCreteTM be “Allowed for Use”, arising out of its meeting on 19 November 2015 in
Atlanta, and after considering the results achieved in the full depth slab replacement field
trial of EdenCreteTM on the Interstate Highway I-20 in August 2015.
The formal addition of EdenCreteTM to the QPL is is both an important milestone for Eden
and also a necessary formality that must be completed before EdenCreteTM can actually be
used on GDOT 24 hour accelerated strength concrete (Section 504) and Class B concrete
