I didn't realise it was human.

I have very frequent connection problems - hence my anger. Some of the garbage that comes out of these guys on the phone is just laughable. I've even had lightning strikes - when there has been no lightning for months !! BS radar is runs very high with these guys - anyone would think they were MD's

OT modem. Yeh, leave your modem on 24/7 but if it starts to go 'funny' then it could be the connection back at the ISP.

If you switch off and unplug every so often then it re-sets itself and also the ISP re-sets it.
