IOT - Operating in very competitive environment where smart watches and other smart products are sold in $40-$100 for online consumer plus including Roam E, none of the IOT product is patented and that's huge draw back on whatever they do or invent.
Not saying, it won't be a successful company but they will really have to do something very unique and difference than what wider smart market is working on.
