It's been a long slow descent for VPC and there have been a couple of failed reversals. This time its a double btm and couple actually be the one. They are revenue producing and growing but are yet to turn a profit so the SP is probably about right for a base?!
Watch for a golden cross when it turns - that will mark the trade IMO
