Moelis and various fund managers looking to put a deal together, as an alternative to the current one with SC Lowy.
1 million buyer has returned to the fray, he/she is at 2c trying to get their fill/order completed.
Am guessing it is Havenfresh, largest shareholder who hold 14% and are going to make a play for MCS and have the required 20% to make a voluntary takeover. from calculations, they will need approx. another 15 million shares to get to the 20% threshold.
