Morning traders and morning fitness types,

I'm certainly converted to this regular morning walk or run with dog or not. I am certainly lucky to live in an area where whatever direction you go, there is a dedicated reserve or oval and associated parklands for which entry is free and all are encouraged to wander and look alive. I hope most of the the others here have access to similar mind settling areas, of course in the country areas, that's just about everywhere.

Today, i give thanks to those who planned our cities with a lot of forethought. Hats off to you all!
