Haha no I took it as that, I was just more looking at it from my background, thus the question...

If you had a miner capped at 25million being granted a mining license on a potentially profitable mine, what would it be worth?

Well I have no clue.. as it would depend on what the NPV of the project is and MMJ has released nothing like that.. but just a thought on where this could end up?

Almost highest volume in a year. I just bought at 25.5cents, so I'm biased now disregard my opinion.
