Morning Traders,

Well, I've dropped the kids, fed the dog, been for a run, now at work, ready to trade, coffee hot, sun is shining.
Can it get any better? By the way, i will make note of a comment I heard recently which goes something like this:

'sitting at work is the new smoking" . It hit home with me and many others i imagine, when you consider how much time we spend sitting during the day. It never used to be the case, in the old office days, you were constantly getting up and down and walking here and there, now its all done on the computer.
So get up and jump about every now and again.
