Re ZMI - was only providing some information. Nothing else. Not all $2.3m was given at 2.4c. Here is the break down of the shares issued :
(i) 103,875,000 @0.008
(ii) 60,416,665 @0.024
(iii) 6,250,000 @0.008
(iv) 9,250,000 @free to Co-advisor.
So believe average share price of $2.3m was just under 1.5c not 2.4c. All IMO, please DYOR.
