XST going through at mid point now.
XST and SGC similar oil plays to current fav's. Both producers. They own millions in infrastructure piping and don't operate the fields. 160 wells, XST owns 15%, SGC owns 30%.
Last year, field producing at 1500 bopd.
Crude just busted $48 a barrel. Brent at $51 a barrel.
