' ! don't know how long you have been in the market but this week has not been a 'huge disaster', sure the spec end has not been great but you have to ride the down times or get out. The All Ords has seen a recent high and there were expectations of a pull back. there always is. There are times when you post some really interesting comments other times your stress comes through. Just a suggestion, turn off the computer and go for a walk, cheers Bostar
